Specializing in the lake and Adirondack second home market, Christopher Marney brings a no-nonsense approach to the purchase and sale of real estate. Chris has joined Julie & Co. Realty from a competing luxury brokerage where he sold homes with a top-producing lake and Adirondack team. He brings with him over a decade of legal experience in property management, real estate and zoning matters. In addition to serving as a licensee with Julie & Co. Realty, Chris also serves as a law clerk in the in-house counsel department for Bonacio Construction.

Get To Know Me

A native of the North Country, Chris calls the Capital Region home and spends his summers at Lake George. Chris is the founding past-president of his local 501(c)(4) non-profit neighborhood association and currently serves as a commissioner on the Schenectady Historic District Commission. In his free time, Chris can be found on Lake George with family, friends and his adorable Goldendoodles, or working on restoring his 18th-century townhouse.
