"Chris was very responsive to any questions that we had about the dynamics of the market and the selling process. He did a great job scheduling "open house" events around holidays when potential buyers were more likely to be actively looking at homes."— Kim A.
Chris is a wonderful realtor. He really listened to us and what we told him we wanted. He was super flexible as we changed that vision along the way. He knew a lot about the market and what reasonable prices for houses were and was absolutely our advocate 100% of the way. Not only that, Chris was incredibly useful when we would do home walkthroughs - as a first-time homebuyer, he showed us what to look at in the houses and helped us understand what was a big deal and what was a small deal. He gave great advice and we are so happy with the home we found. Chris was always keeping us up to date and so gracious about answering all of our many questions - he was always very responsive. Our process was several months but we never felt pressured or rushed. I highly recommend using Chris if you are interested in buying a house.— Margeaux W.
