David Frederick is an upstate NY native, having grown up in Corinth and Saratoga Springs. His passion for comedy and acting has taken him from NYC to Los Angeles, but he and his wife chose to settle in Saratoga Springs to raise their 2 young daughters. David has performed stand-up comedy at places such as The Comedy Cellar (NYC) and Hollywood Improv (LA). His experience in the late-night entertainment world has given David invaluable people skills, which translate beautifully into the world of real estate. He is honored and excited to be a part of the Julie and Co. family.
