Aaron Tomczak is proud to call Saratoga his home. Having grown up locally, graduating from the University at Albany, and working in the capital region his entire life, Aaron understands the unique character of our local communities and what makes this area such a special place to live and invest.

He began his career with Pioneer Bank in Albany, where he worked in commercial lending and portfolio management for several years. There, he managed relationships with business clients, structured financing solutions, and developed a deep understanding of credit risk in the real estate world.

In 2022, Aaron transitioned into real estate development in Saratoga Springs. Currently working as a Commercial Real Estate Associate and Asset Manager with Bonacio, he oversees the company’s extensive real estate portfolio and manages key stakeholder relationships, while also generating new real estate development opportunities.

This background gives Aaron a unique edge, as he not only understands the buying and selling process from a client’s perspective, but also has in-depth knowledge of development, investment strategies, leasing, and property management. Aaron brings a wealth of local experience, strong financial insight, and a people-first approach to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Aaron serves on the Capital Region Chamber YPN Committee and the Saratoga Regional YMCA Impact Committee. He enjoys spending as much free time as possible with his friends and family, as relationships mean the world to him. Aaron is an avid football fan, who always looks forward to the fall season
