Born and raised in Saratoga Springs, NY, Aspen Witt has always been surrounded by a rich blend of history, architecture, and natural beauty, which deeply influenced her passion for real estate and design. As a former member of the US Developmental Ski Team, Aspen traveled across the US, Canada, and Europe, gaining unique perspectives on architecture, and falling in love with design from different cultures.

After graduating summa cum laude from The University of Vermont, Aspen worked for Witt Construction, Inc., her father’s nationally recognized company that has built award-winning homes for over 35 years. At Witt, she played an integral role in land development, client coordination, and interior design. Later in her career, she joined as the Design Director for a nationwide home builder. In her role there she assisted homebuyers in selecting finishes for their custom homes in Oak Ridge and provided personalized service to customers at The Adelphi Residences.

As a Realtor, Aspen combines her background in design and development with deep local knowledge of Saratoga Springs to help clients find their perfect fit. Whether clients are searching for their dream home, a luxury property, an investment, or are first-time homebuyers, Aspen is dedicated to ensuring that every client finds a home or property that aligns perfectly with their needs and aspirations. She is committed to guiding clients to the home or property that is truly right for them and making the process seamless and rewarding.

Outside of work, Aspen enjoys skiing, practicing yoga, hiking, pickleball, Pure Barre, spending time on Lake George, and making memories with her friends, family, fiancée, and her dog Chloe. She looks forward to using her design and real estate knowledge to assist clients in finding a home that perfectly matches their lifestyle and aspirations.
