I have know a lot of realtors and I put Harold at the top of the list. A professional is to work first for the client, and Harold does that. He does his homework, gives you honest advice and follows up. I had a spec house that needed to sell in 2008 right after I built it. To make matters worse, it was in Upstate NY in a recreational area in the Adirondacks. Nothing was selling, especially high-end property. I made an appointment with Harold, he drove over 40 miles to my house and went over all the details. He took professional pictures of all of the features, listed the property in 7 or more real estate market areas, and published an 8 1/2 x 11 color brochure exclusively for this property. It worked, and less than two months later we had a signed contract. After closing, I received a call from Harold, and he said, “Thank you again for the listing. How about going out to dinner?” I accepted, and we have been friends for 6 years now. I won’t promise a friendship, but I will attest to a dedicated professional who will get the job done.

Mr. Reiser began his real estate career 19 years ago working for national real estate franchises. He then went on to start his own real estate firm, Saratoga National Realty, which became a stepping stone to Sotheby’s International Realty of which Mr. Resier was a founding member and full-time agent. I am the author and publisher of The Reiser Report, a quarterly real estate market analysis publication specializing in condominiums and townhouses of the Saratoga Springs area, as well as other properties in the Saratoga Lake and Lake George markets. My early career began in music. I’m an accomplished musician well-known as “Clutch” (Google: Clutch Reiser), I earned credible notoriety scoring several movie cult classics as well as performing at national music venues and on CD releases with The Maynard Brothers Band. I am also the author of “Chance,” a published biography of early nineteenth-century American folk artist, Chauncey Wheeler, from Alexandria Bay, New York.
