Born and raised in the Capital District and working in management since I was 18 years old, I was the General Manager of Manfred Real Estate Learning Center, Inc. as well as a NYS Division of Licensing Approved Education Coordinator for 12 years before accepting the position as the Director of Operations for Julie & Co. Realty. I am considered to be an expert in NYS Real Estate License Law and Regulation. The most rewarding part of my position is supporting and assisting our team and coming up with new innovative ideas to assist in the growth of the company and agents.
