Kathy is wonderful to work with. We came across a rental through Zillow and it turns out she was at the location when we called and had just finished a showing. She let us stop by to see it right then and there. She was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate about our needs and wants even with my teary-eyed breakdown (finding a rental is extra hard for us due to my health restrictions and it had been a long road for us of searching). She was able to get us compensation for items that were improperly listed, promptly responded to messages, met with the seller/agent to verify features that hadn't worked properly had been fixed, and offered additional support as needed
