We really appreciated how good Katie is at her job! She was very attentive to our needs, responded quickly to our texts and calls, and managed to get viewing appointments lined up conveniently for us. She did a lot to make the closing very easy for us. Another important reason I am recommending her is that she is easy to spend time with.

Get to Know Me

Growing up in the city of Saratoga Springs for 20 years, Katie has grown extremely passionate about local real estate development, renovation projects, and community service. So it only made sense for her to become a local Realtor. Katie joined Julie & Co. Realty from its inception in 2015 and has since become an Associate Broker. Katie’s passion and enthusiasm for helping people find their dream home has led her to sell up to $8 Million a year in Real Estate.

In her free time, Katie loves to spend time with her family and friends. And being a community service advocate, she and her certified therapy dog Cocoa have provided services at local medical centers and in Saratoga Springs City Schools since 2014. Katie’s love of music and theatre coupled with her passion for historical renovations led her to join the board of directors at The Universal Preservation Hall in 2015.
