Seth Catchpole grew up in the Capital Region and currently works in Saratoga Springs. He is a graduate of Leadership Saratoga Class of 2024, where he gained deep insight into the Saratoga community and what it means to be a leader who truly makes a difference.

Seth began his career working full-time at Homestead Funding Corp. while simultaneously pursuing an education in Business Administration and Accounting. He is driven and has developed a strong work ethic, grounded in integrity and positivity.

At Homestead Funding Corp., he gained invaluable knowledge of the mortgage industry, equipping him with tools and insights that continue to benefit his clients. Seth currently works for Bonacio Management overseeing financial management of a diverse portfolio, including residential, commercial and mixed-use properties, HOAs, and the management company’s own financials. He works closely with property managers to uphold fiduciary responsibilities, maximize value, and control expenses for investors.

Seth has never shied away from a challenge and with deep roots in the community and a broad understanding of the real estate industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge to meet the unique needs of each client. His people-first mentality and genuine joy of helping others find a place to call home continue to fuel his commitment to excellence.

Outside of real estate, Seth is active in the community and enjoys spending time with family and friends. In his down time, you will find him on the golf course, playing disc golf or pickleball. He is also a football enthusiast.
