Event Highlight: Schroon Lake Office Grand Opening
Julie & Co. Realty, LLC was excited to announce the opening of our newest office location on May 19th, 2022, in Schroon Lake! We officially opened our second location on Main Street in Schroon Lake, New York, with a ribbon cutting ceremony, food, drinks, and a celebration with members of the Schroon Lake community, our agents, family, friends, and other business members.
While May 19th dawned with steady rains in the forecast for the day, the afternoon shifted for a few minutes of bright, dry weather – just long enough for us to step outside for our Grand Opening ceremony! After presenting the Schroon Lake Volunteer EMS with a check, we heard a few words from Darren Woods, president of the Schroon Lake Chamber of Commerce. As the rain held off, the ribbon was cut outside the front office door, and the Julie & Co. Schroon Lake Office was officially opened to the public!
Hors-d’oeuvres and refreshments awaited inside, with a signature cocktail created by Sticks & Stones. Guests also enjoyed cupcakes from Putnam Market and a balloon sculpture created by the Baloonary. As the rain started up again and the event drew to a close, we were able to depart Schroon Lake with the new office officially open for business!
This new location in the Adirondacks will focus on residential resale properties, commercial, lake properties, condominiums, and secondary homes. Since our agents have already been providing real estate services in the Adirondacks, it was a natural progression, then, to add a second location in the heart of this area. Julie Bonacio, Broker/Owner of Julie & Co. Realty, LLC and Vice President of Bonacio Construction, has been in the real estate business for 27 years, and said, “I am thrilled to now bring Julie & Co. Realty, LLC to the Adirondacks.”
The real estate agents who will be working out of the Schroon Lake office, are native to the North Country and experts in the real estate industry. They, along with all the agents in the Saratoga Springs office, look forward to serving the North Country community for all their listing and selling needs!
The office itself is in a beautiful location, right within the town of Schroon Lake. Located next to the Stewarts Shoppe on the right and the town community garden on the left, the office is situated in the perfect spot. After the building was found and secured for this project, renovations began to transform it into an “Adirondack chic” office space. Featuring a navy and cedar shake exterior, along with Adirondack chairs, stonework, and an antler chandelier, the outside of the building came together to make the space feel warm and inviting to passersby.
Inside the office, you will find a front seating area, with a small stove and several chairs. The space is fortunate to have room for a desk for each of our North Country agents, along with workspaces for any Saratoga-based Julie & Co. agents that are up in Schroon Lake for the day! Julie McMullen, licensed real estate salesperson and Director of Operations for Julie & Co. Realty, also has a desk with the agents, where she joins them each week to offer support to the office.
Down the hall, a new conference room has been furnished, creating space for agents to meet with their clients within the office in a more private setting. With access to a new copier and printing machine and office supplies, it was the aim of Julie Bonacio to provide each agent and their clients more tools to help them conduct their business within a close, convenient office in town. Less than a half hour from Ticonderoga and under an hour from both Jay in the north and Saratoga Springs in the south, Schroon Lake is centrally located to all the business and clients within the Julie & Co. family.
It has been the mission of Julie & Co Realty, LLC, to provide their clients an exemplary experience, with the utmost attention to detail. Our vision for this new office is to assist our agents and their clients by having a beautiful, newly renovated space to meet and to conduct business in. We are bolstering each agent, so that they can continue to provide accurate, up to date market conditions, skilled analysis, and sound real estate advice in the North Country! This new office is a continuation of our efforts to provide our agents with innovative new ideas and tools that will benefit both the agent’s and client’s expectations.
