Just because daylight is getting shorter and the weather is starting to get colder doesn’t mean there is a lack of things to do in the area! There are plenty of fun activities you can partake in with family and friends this fall. From wine and music events to local ghost tours, there is not a shortage of things to do in Saratoga Springs and the surrounding communities.

1. Ghosts in the Yaddo Gardens Tour

2. Harvest Party at Double M Haunted Hayrides

About: “We’re kicking off the season with our Harvest Party featuring live music with American Idol Finalist Madison VanDenburg and all 5 of our Haunted Attractions! Costumes are welcome. Scream, dance and party the night away!”

3. Adirondack Wool & Arts Festival

About: “The Adirondack Wool & Arts Festival returns on September 28 and 29, 2019. This event will continue to offer education on the products produced in fiber arts, raw fleece, roving, spinning supplies, needle felting, dyes, yarns, and items needed to knit, crochet, and weave.”

When: Saturday, September 28th until Sunday, September 29th

4. The Saratoga Giant Pumpkinfest 2019

5. Saratoga Wine & Food Festival

6. Zombie Zips at Mountain Ridge Adventure

About: “This tour is not for faint of heart. Your nightmare begins with a corpse-guided tour along a serial killer infested forest to then be hauled into the trees among complete, utter horror. 7. 6th Annual Saratoga International Flavorfest

8. Caramel & Candy Apples – Cooking for Kids Program!

About: “Use your creativity to decorate apples for the Halloween season. We will be using a variety of candy, sprinkles, cookies and caramel to decorate at least four apples that you will be able to take home. For ages 6 and up”
