Contact Erin Steinbach
When considering a realtor, we contacted three local realtors. Erin answered our call. The other two never came to see us. She immediately went to work addressing many issues that helped us with the house and property, and prepared a sale package including professional videos and photos to be released on line and in hard copy. She was apprised of all the local ordinances dealing with this property. She was extremely cooperative with the renters we had at the time. She was very patient with us and when the right buyer came along, she was quick to wrap up the deal. We were extremely pleased with her as our realtor and will highly recommend her.— Anonymous
Erin was outstanding from day one She provided professional guidance, constant reassurance and was responsive to all of our needs Erin had great ideas and implemented them quickly to be able to showcase the property during peak Fall Foliage. She was there for us every step of the way and her advisements throughout the process were right on point. I highly recommend Erin as a professional you can trust and will seek her services in the future for myself if the opportunity arises.— Sullivan B.
We just closed on our house on Monday and I wanted to send along a shining review for Erin Steinbach. We had such a wonderful time working with her. She was fun, caring and extremely knowledgeable. This is our first home buying experience and truly came in with zero information. Erin gave us a lot of confidence and was a calming presence throughout every step of of the process.
Many sincere thanks to her and hope our paths cross again :-)— Emma & Bob
Erin was knowledgeable, responsive and energetic. She blasted our property on all social media, covering all sites. She was available to answer any questions or concerns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Erin shared resources throughout the process; inspectors, workmen, movers. Her energy kept us afloat during a stressful time. She listed the house within a week of contact and sold it on the 6th day.— Anonymous
"I was lucky enough to come in to contact with Erin when inquiring about one of the properties she had listed. Knowing that I was very serious about buying, she listened to what I was looking for and honestly guided me away from that property. Because of that honesty, I used Erin as my buyers agent for my next purchase. She is trust-worthy and prompt with answers to my questions. I wouldn't hesitant to recommend Erin to anyone looking for a property in the Capital Region!"— Anonymous
"Erin provided outstanding service in the sale of our home. She is incredibly responsive. My initial call/message was returned the same day (within minutes if I recall correctly) and every time after was no different. The listing process progressed quickly and smoothly and the house was sold n short order. Being a retired government employee who moved all over the country and sold 10 houses in the course of my career, I can honestly say Erin was by far the best agent I have encountered. She often went above and beyond what I expect of a Real Estate Agent. I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who asked."— S. Johnson
