Born, raised and proud to call the Saratoga Springs community home, Gianna developed a passion for real estate, development, and entrepreneurship from an early age, learning from her parents, Sonny and Julie. Growing up surrounded by the family business gave her a firsthand appreciation for the impact thoughtful development can have on a community and the people who live there.

Gianna graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing. During her time at Sacred Heart, she discovered a love for travel and international experiences, studying abroad in both Ireland and Italy. As a Global Ambassador, she encouraged fellow students to pursue opportunities abroad and embrace new cultures and perspectives. Following graduation, Gianna spent time working on a vineyard in Umbria, Italy, and solo traveling throughout Europe before returning home to join the family business.

Today, Gianna serves as a Development Project Manager with Bonacio Development, where she is involved in projects from concept through completion. Her role provides a unique perspective on the real estate industry, allowing her to work alongside municipalities during the approval process, coordinate with architects and designers, collaborate with construction teams, and help bring new developments from vision to reality. This experience gives her in-depth knowledge of not only real estate transactions but also the development process, project feasibility, design, and construction. Her strong local roots, development expertise, and genuine love for the Saratoga region make her a trusted resource for those looking to buy, sell, invest, or put down roots in the community she proudly calls home.

Her work has also deepened her appreciation for architecture and placemaking. Whether traveling abroad or exploring a new city, Gianna is always inspired by innovative design, memorable spaces, and thoughtful details that can be incorporated in future projects or assist her clients in their purchase or sale of real estate.

Outside of real estate, Gianna is passionate about cooking and hospitality. She grew up in the kitchen and previously worked at both Boca Bistro and Sweet Mimi’s, experiences that further fueled her love of food and bringing people together. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, snowmobiling, boating on Lake George, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
