Born and raised in Saratoga Springs, JoAnn Potrzuski Cassidy has been in sales since she was 9, selling vegetables from her garden. JoAnn attended Gettysburg College & American University and received her BA in Environmental Studies.

JoAnn’s Real Estate career began in 2007, as a Licensed Salesperson with Realty USA. In 2015, JoAnn joined her current brokerage, Julie & Co. Realty LLC. In 2016, she become an Associate Broker. Over the past 15 years, JoAnn has successfully sold everything from single family homes to multi-million dollar investment properties. She has leased over 100,000 SF of commercial space. She divides her time between leasing and selling commercial real estate and representing buyers and sellers in the residential real estate market.

Prior to a career in Real Estate, JoAnn lived in San Francisco where she did a stint at an investment company that had her playing casino games for a profit. Then she worked for a .com company during the rise and fall of the industry. She settled in at a niche talent representation firm, representing creative film talent to the advertising world. It was here that JoAnn honed her sales skills and learned about becoming an entrepreneur from her mentors, Rebecca and Brooke.

In 2003, JoAnn moved back to Saratoga Springs and started a concierge, event planning and assistant service company. As a new mom in 2006, she focused on her family and began working directly for Bonacio Construction Inc, selling condominiums in downtown Saratoga Springs.

Outside of Real Estate, JoAnn is a single mom to 2 teenagers, and a greyhound rescue. She renovates & flips houses through a separate partnership, Fallout Shelter Ventures. JoAnn attempts to keep her life in balance through running, writing and working on her Reiki certifications. She cherishes time spent with her friends and family and she fully enjoys all the chaos that life throws her way.
