Born and raised in Saratoga Springs, JoAnn Potrzuski Cassidy attended Gettysburg College & American University and received her BA in Environmental Studies.

JoAnn’s Real Estate career began in 2007 at Realty USA. In 2015, JoAnn joined her current brokerage, Julie & Co Realty. In 2016, she became an Associate Broker. Over the past 19 years JoAnn has successfully sold everything from luxury single family homes to multi-million dollar investment properties. She divides her time between leasing and selling commercial real estate and representing buyers and sellers in the residential real estate market. She is a top producer in Upstate New York.

Prior to a career in Real Estate, JoAnn lived in San Francisco where she did a stint at an investment company that had her playing casino games for a profit. Then she worked for a .com company during the rise and fall of the industry. She settled in at a niche talent representation firm, representing creative film talent to the advertising world.

Outside of Real Estate, JoAnn is a single mom to 2 teenagers and greyhound rescues. JoAnn attempts to keep her life in balance thru running, writing and Reiki. She cherishes time spent with her friends and family and she fully enjoys all the chaos that life throws her way.
