What’s New in Saratoga Springs: New Businesses & Events to Check Out!
We are halfway through 2025 already! How many new places or events have you visited this year? Saratoga Springs is constantly expanding with new restaurants, bars, & events – check out the newest hits below!
Food & Drinks:
Regent – Tucked into the beautiful Brookmere Hotel, this bright yet cozy restaurant is bringing France to Upstate New York! They have an expansive brunch menu featuring custom cocktails and beignets with blackberry cream cheese. You can also join them for dinner, with standouts like Duck Confit Hash and Croque Madame.
Bibulous – This colorful downtown bar specializes in cocktails, with an ever-expanding menu of small plates and desserts. When I stopped by, I had the Fizzy Izzy mocktail and a slice of their Lemon Olive Oil cake, both had a lot of depth of flavor without being overwhelming. I’ve been looking forward to going back and trying their new kimchi hot dog!
Familiar Creature – Build your own charcuterie board and pair it with the largest selection of wines I’ve ever seen. With fun menu designs and a playful vibe, this spot will leave your spirits high! Their wine menu even states, ‘If you can’t pronounce it, no problem – charades or pointing dramatically are totally acceptable, and we’ll take it from there’ too cute!
Treehouse – This stunning & expansive brewery is now open! With a cult following for their range of beers and delicious house garlic knots, you can’t go wrong. I was lucky to stop by and spend some time around one of their large fire pits with friends, and the atmosphere was perfect. A must visit!
Events & Experiences:
Saratoga Bike Park – The ‘Saratoga Shredders’ a girls mountain biking group have spent years conceptualizing a bike park and pitching it to the city, and now it is open! It’s the first of its kind in New York state – it’s behind the Ice Rink on Route 29 and ready for you to enjoy!
National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame Annual Museum Ball – This black tie event comes around every year however this year the ball will be honoring the 75th Anniversary of the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame making it a very special opportunity to celebrate. Grab your tickets here!
Vitamin String Quartet – Universal Preservation Hall is hosting the talented Vitamin String Quartet with their arrangements of Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, BTS, and Bridgeton! The show is happening on October 9th at 7:30pm. Buy tickets here!
